US Congressman Joe Heck (Joe Heck, a Republican, Nevada) February 12 supported the bill “Act of democracy in Azerbaijan» (HR 4264), providing for the imposition of sanctions against Azerbaijan told Turan’s Washington correspondent source in the US Congress.
