US officials have urged Turkey to stop the bombing of the Kurds and Assyrians positions in the Aleppo area, reports Agence France-Presse.
“We are concerned about the situation to the north of Aleppo, and are working to reduce tensions on all sides”, – quotes agency the statement of State Department spokesman John Kirby.
Earlier, representatives of the Kurdish self-defense forces claimed that the Turkish Armed Forces artillery opened fire on a military airfield Minneh in northern Syrian province of Aleppo.
