Purchases of equipment through Russia, promotion of Russian brands, Medvedchuk’s business partners, Medvedev’s relatives, assets of the elder and younger Yanukovychs, undermining Ukraine’s defense capability on the eve of the invasion, non-payment of taxes and financial fraud – this is all about the Eldorado network, which still operates in Ukraine, writes 24.

OSINT community Molfar conducted an investigation into the activities of the ELDORADO group in Ukraine and proved the facts of its cooperation with Russia. The ELDORADO group of companies contributed to the destruction of Ukraine’s defense capability. Read about all this in the investigation.

The original of Eldorado brand was opened in Russia in 1994. In 1999, the first Eldorado store was openedin Ukraine under a franchise. In 2013, the company announced that it had become “100% Ukrainian”, but this is not true, and the company has not become so after February 24, 2022. Moreover, Eldorado does not particularly hide this. What evidence is there?

Eldorado’s ties to Russia: over $3 million in taxes to the Russian budget

Co-branded brands

The company’s website presents products of the Elenberg brand, which has been the property of the Eldorado chain in Russia since 1999.

From 2017 to 2022, according to 52wmb, there are 7,200 known customs invoices in which the buyer was legal entities of the Eldorado company (Technopolis and Top Asset). The importer of the equipment sold on the Eldorado website is indicated as Top Asset LLC, registered in Kyiv at the address of the Gulliver Shopping and Entertainment Center. Top Asset LLC received supplies from Russia until January 2022, 34% of the total number of supplies, in particular, Elenberg washing machines in January 2021 were received from Russia. Machines of the same model are sold in the Eldorado store as of January 2023, among these invoices, 66% are from Russia.

The goods transported across the territory of Russia from 2017 to 2022 are listed in the table ( full list of goods ), the total amount of goods transported across the territory of Russia during this period is 12.47 million dollars (for these invoices, according to calculations, the Eldorado company had to pay 2.494 million dollars in taxes to the budget of the aggressor state).

When purchasing Elenberg brand goods through Russian territory, suppliers are listed as Chinese companies with the location “Russia”. The total cost of purchased goods is 3.19 million dollars (for these invoices, according to calculations, the Eldorado company had to pay 638 thousand dollars in taxes to the Russian budget, that is, in fact, for the war with Ukraine).

In Ukraine, two TMs under the name Elenberg are registered: the first was registered in 2003, the applicant was TIG Eldorado OJSC, which was founded in Russia and closed in 2017, the owner is an offshore legal entity – in the British Virgin Islands – Lavish Ventures Limited, in 2020 the TM was extended for another 10 years, the second TM – in 2016, the owner is the same legal entity in the same British Virgin Islands.

The production of the goods under this TM, presented in Eldorado, takes place in other countries, in particular , in China and South Korea, according to the official website of the company. As indicated by ” BrandWiki.ru “, units for Elenberg household appliances are manufactured in China, but they are assembled at the Russian factories “Radioimport-R” and “Telebalt”. For example, on the label of one of the products presented in the Eldorado online store – a washing machine model FS 5100W – it is indicated that the production is Chinese, and the importers were OOO “Technopolis 15” and OOO “Top Asset”, which is registered at the address of the TOC “Gulliver” and belongs to Kovynskyy Andriy, who is also the owner of LLC ” Tekhenergotreyd ” and LLC ” Tekhnopolis 12 “.

As of January 2023, the eldorado.ua website offers360 products of the Redmond trademark, which are produced in Belarus and Russia. In Russia, the Redmond trademark, registered in 2017–2018, was also found

As of January 2023, the website of the eldorado.ua network sells products manufactured by Russian TMs: Vinzer, Vitesse), Vitek — a total of 682 items.

The eldorado.ua network sells services under its own brand Hi-technic, in Russia the products of the same TM are the own brand of the Eldorado network.

Both companies sell services under the Hi-technic brand and both claim that it is their own brand. At the same time, both Eldorado companies, Russian and Ukrainian, do not have conflicts with each other due to violation of intellectual property rights.

Procurement in Russia

After 2014, LLC Diesa, through which the purchases were made, did not stop purchasing goods from Russia: according to 52wmb , in the period 2012–2017, 4,500 cases of deliveries to LLC Diesa are known, of which 43.17% were made through Russian territory.

Among the suppliers from Russia: Slovenian household appliance manufacturer Gorenje DD (19.3%), Polish manufacturer of kitchen appliances Amica Wronki SA (15.1%), Lithuanian refrigerator manufacturer “AO Snajge Ltd.” (7.1%) and Turkish manufacturer Beko. In addition, 18.7% of the goods come from “Filial LLC Indesit Rus”, for which the location is not specified.

From 2017 to 2022, ELDORADO purchased goods through Technopolis 15 LLC, 7,200 invoices are known, of which 66% are from Russia.

The last known deliveries from Russia by ELDORADO, according to 52wmb, were on January 31, 2022.

Under the name “LLC Diesa” about 1000 deliveries were found , 94% of deliveries from Russian production of the brands “Indesit” and “Beko”, 6% – from Russian companies LLC “TD Tekhnotrade” and LLC “Galereya M”. All deliveries were made between 2011 and 2015.

Also, the importer on the equipment sold on the Eldorado website is indicated as Top Asset LLC, which is registered in Kyiv at the address of the Gulliver Shopping and Entertainment Center. Top Asset LLC received supplies from Russia until January 2022, 34% of the total number of supplies, in particular, Elenberg washing machines in January 2021 were received from Russia. Machines of the same model are sold in the Eldorado store as of January 2023.

The Eldorado group probably also includes the legal entity Technological Trade International LLC, which received 498 deliveries from Russia from 2019 to January 2022, from a company registered in Poland, Amica Handel I Marketing Sp. ZOO

The General Director of Technological Trade International LLC, Dmytro Shulha, who was also the director of Technopolis 15 LLC, part of the Eldorado group, is also the director and owner of the legal entities Techno Import Trade LLC and Zetra TK LLC, which specialize in the wholesale trade of household electrical goods.

According to a difficult to verify source (a post from a closed Telegram channel), the Eldorado store map used the name “Luhansk People’s Republic” as well as “Luhansk.” As of May 31, 2022, the map did not have names listed in Russian, according to an archived copy of the page. As of January 2023, the map is unavailable.

The success story of the Eldorado brand, how did it all begin?

The original Eldorado brand was opened in Russia in 1994. From the very beginning, the brand was created as a chain of supermarkets selling electronics and household appliances. A few years after the opening, Eldorado achieved its first success and good revenues — the chain owners immediately began scaling the brand to other countries. Thus, in 1999, the first Eldorado store was opened in Ukraine under a franchise.

The owners of the network in Ukraine were 2 people:

founder of the original Russian Eldorado chain Igor Yakovlev (72%);Ukrainian oligarch and son-in-law of President Kuchma Viktor Pinchuk (28%).

2007 was a remarkable year for the development of Eldorado — the company launched its own online store. The undoubted success and rapid development after the opening of the online store allowed Eldorado to absorb three large networks of household goods and appliances in just a few years: Domotekhnika, ABV and MegaMax — this happened in 2009–2011.

In 2013, the Ukrainian assets of the chain were bought out by Viktor Polishchuk. In order to resolve all legal difficulties, the new owner of Eldorado merged the company with his Technopolis chain under the Eldorado brand. In 2016, the logo was changed to ELDORADO.

According to the publication, as of 2021, ELDORADO’s total staff is 5,000 employees, but the company’s key employees in Ukraine are only 137, according to LinkedIn.

The main legal entities in Ukraine are Diesa LLC (the operator of the website and mobile application, iOS and Android), as well as Technopolis-1 LLC (indicated on the website). Diesa also owns the actual Eldorado TM in Ukraine.

Eldorado is owned by Diesa LLC, and Diesa LLC, in turn, through the Cypriot Potnef Enterprises, Limelm Trading and Lavezzi Properties, is owned by Rockshield Investments Limited, registered in the Seychelles. Evidence: 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 .

Rockshield Investments Limited (Seychelles) is also linked to Jadelight Group Limited, an offshore company in the BVI (British Virgin Islands), which is on the list of offshore companies linked to Ukraine. Links were also found with legal entities Rockshield Alliance and Rockshield Management: through these companies, together with business partner in the Gulliver shopping center Ruslan Tsyplakov, a scheme for owning legal entities in the UK was implemented – Metal Union UK LLP (inactive since 2014). Previously, legal entities in Cyprus belonged to separate nominees: 1 , 2 , 3

So, we can testify to the complex chain of property relations of the Eldorado company. And the tail of this chain is located on the offshores.

This means that the ultimate beneficiaries cannot be identified: they could be anyone. Such ownership schemes are used precisely to hide the ultimate beneficiaries. Also, in the event of lawsuits for violation of the law, such ownership schemes distribute responsibility for breaking the law among all unknown business owners – this is beneficial for dishonest players, because it complicates the process of bringing the perpetrators to justice.

in 2020, in partnership with the Red Cross, it donated 100 sets of household appliances to Ukrainian hospitals;

in 2021, in partnership with Gelius, it donated a surgical instrument for operations on newborns to the Amosov Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery;

in 2022 it was the general partner of the Ukrainian Cybersport Federation;

in 2022, it launched the charity initiative “Tseglinka for a Birthmark” to help families affected by Russia’s war against Ukraine;

In January 2023, the first modular house was handed over to a family from Chernihiv.

It should also be noted that a certain number of social projects have been implemented in Ukraine on behalf of Eldorado. They look nice, we agree. However, let’s not let these social initiatives mislead us, let’s continue the investigation.

Which Russian officials and companies are associated with the ELDORADO trademark?

Let us recall that, according to Forbes , the current owner of the Eldorado group of companies in Ukraine is Viktor Polishchuk – we will talk about him in detail in one of the following chapters.

The first person important for our investigation is Yuriy Hryb. He is a beneficiary in legal entities belonging to Polishchuk’s group, namely: Tekhnostroy-1 LLC, Trans-logistics LLC, and Eurobeton LLC.

Mr. Hryb owns the State Enterprise “ Society of Nature Admirers of the Kozeletsky District ,” which, according to the publication, previously belonged to Ukrainian businessman Viktor Medvedchuk , a godfather of the current Russian President Vladimir Putin and a state traitor.

According to Ukrainian human rights activist Pavlo Rizanenko, all companies where Yuriy Hryb is among the owners belong to Viktor Medvedchuk. Rizanenkoalso expressed the opinion that, probably, those companies where Hryb is a direct beneficiary are Dmitry Medvedev’s business in Ukraine through Medvedchuk and his “nominee”, as well as through a relative of the wife of the former Prime Minister and ex-President of the Russian Federation Svetlana Medvedeva – Liliya Rezva.

According to media reports, the wife of the current owner of the Eldorado company, Liliya Rezva, is indeed the niece of Svetlana Medvedeva, the wife of a blogger and the main hawk of Russian aggression against Ukraine.

Also, according to the media, in December 2013, during the Euromaidan, Viktor Polishchuk’s press secretary, Olena Berezovska, organized a trip for Ukrainian children to Russia. This trip became an object of Russian propaganda. According to Pavlo Rizanenko, the trip for schoolchildren from Brovary was organized by the Polishchuk-Rezva spouses through Berezovska, and Rezva herself went with the children and Berezovska to Moscow. Later, Berezovska went to Moscow and headed the anti-Ukrainian website Ukraina.ru, whose activities are aimed at discrediting the Ukrainian government and anti-Ukrainian propaganda.

Who owns the trademarks associated with Eldarado.ua

Trademarks related to Eldorado.ua:

16 trademarks related to Eldorado.ua have been found in Ukraine. Among them, 14 belong to Diesa LLC; 2 TMs are registered to MVM LLC, which was founded and operates in Russia;

the same TM has different jurisdictions of use and was registered in 2004 under number 910317 for use in Russia and the CIS, the owner is MVM LLC, and also under number 910317A for use exclusively in Ukraine and is owned by Diesa LLC as the legal successor of the Cypriot Solinor Investments Limited (closed since 2016);

in 2014, MVM LLC registered the Eldorado trademark under number 1244742,

In 2018, Diesa LLC registered the same TM Eldorado under number 241440. The images differ only in a different shade of the background color.

MVM LLC owns 15 TM in Russia, including TM Territory of Low Prices, registered in 2004. TM Territory of Low Prices was registered in Ukraine by Diesa LLC in 2017.

The owners of MVM LLC (TM Eldorado) are PAO M.Video (69%), which belongs to the son of the sanctioned Russian billionaire Mikhail Gutseriev, Said Gutseriev, and 2 companies owned by MVM LLC – BT Holding LLC and MKOO Bovesto.

Ownership scheme of TM “Eldorado” in Russia

According to the latest list of affiliated persons published by PJSC M.Video for the first half of 2022, the owner of 50% plus 1 share was the Cypriot legal entity Ericaria Holdings Limited, and another 10.4% belonged to another legal entity in Cyprus Weridge Investments Limited, which is Said Gutseriev. However, in April 2022, Said announced his intention to sell his stake in M.Video to unnamed buyers from Russia by the end of 2022, provided that he manages to obtain the relevant permits for the sale and execute the documents; since then, the company has not published reports on shareholders and there has been no news about new owners.

As of April 2022, the media reported that the Eldorado chain was merged with the M.Video chain through the sale of the Eldorado chain of stores by Mikhail Gutseriev. He owned the Eldorado chain through the Safmar financial and industrial group of the M.Video company, which belonged to his son, Said Gutseriev.

In January 2023, Ericaria Holdings filed a report on changing the official representative to Cypriot Anna Vyazovetskaya (21.03.1974) / Vyazovetskaya Anna, who worked for the audit firm KPMG in Moscow in 1999. Anna had Russian citizenship, but changed it to Cypriot. She was also listed as the director of another M.Video shareholder in 2017 – Lagranolia Holdings Limited and Woopaliar Holdings.

There were no other changes in the legal entity, the shareholder of 36.8% is the Russian Safmar/Safmar, other shares have not been distributed. Probably, Gutseriev still has not found a buyer for his share in the company. Safmar is a multi-profile holding that owned assets, in particular, in Ukraine: the holding supplied oil to Ukraine.

To avoid getting lost in these truly complex ownership relationships, we suggest delving into the study of affiliates in a little more detail – then everything will fall into place and the puzzle will be complete.

Who is Mikhail Gutseriev

Gutseriev Mikhail (09.03.1958) – Russian billionaire, ranks 69th among the richest people in Russia, his fortune is estimated at 1.3 billion dollars, owner of the financial and industrial group “Safmar”. Since the summer of 2021, Mikhail Gutseriev has been on the sanctions lists of the EU, Great Britain, Canada, Switzerland, Australia, Ukraine, New Zealand.

In addition to PJSC RussNeft , JSC NK Neftisa , JSC Russkiy Ugol , construction companies A101 and PJSC Mospromstroy and a large international logistics company MLP, Gutseriev is the owner of M-Video (LLC MVM and PJSC M.Video), which owns the Eldorado chain of stores in Russia and the occupied territories of Ukraine. The beneficiary of this business was his son Said, who sold his share in the business in the spring of 2022, namely his share in PJSC M.Video.

In Ukraine, Gutseriev’s assets are logistics warehouses in the village of Chaiky near Kyiv,LLC MLP – “Chaika” , where until 2018 he was the ultimate beneficiary through the Cypriot Marsfield Limited. Since 2018, the ultimate beneficial owner has become Kyiv resident Viktoriya Kushch (05/27/1984) through the same Marsfield Limited. Since December 2022, the beneficial owner is Turkish citizen Dogan Mesut.

He also owned warehouse complexes in Boryspil until 2018. “MLP-Boryspil”, LLC MLP-Ukraine and LLC Titan-2006 – everywhere the ultimate beneficiary is Viktoriya Kushch, or Dogan Mesut through Cypriot companies.

Victoriya Kushch, also known as Russian composer Victoriya Kokhana, is the author of songs based on Gutseriev’s poems. Gutseriev himself is a member of the writers’ union of the aggressor state.

In 2022, the companies’ assets were seized, but subsequently the Pechersk Court lifted the seizure, citing the fact that Viktoriya Kushch is a citizen of Ukraine and has gratitude from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Troitsky District for invaluable assistance from her, and was not notified of the court hearing on the seizure. By a court decision in December 2022, the activities of warehouses belonging to MLP-Chaika were suspended; as of January 2023, this is the last available document under the company’s name.

Probably, Polishchuk could have used the logistics warehouses from 2010 to 2013, until he built his own logistics warehouses, managed by RLC LLC.

Public negativity associated with ELDORADO

According to a 2014 publication, the State Tax Service (STS) opened a case against Eldorado for tax evasion in the amount of 100 million hryvnias.

According to a 2018 publication, the State Tax Service suspected the Eldorado network of participating in the insurance fraud.

According to the publication , Technopolis-1 LLC, part of the Eldorado group, sued the State Tax Service in 2021–2022 regarding the State Tax Service’s demand that the company pay 700 million hryvnia. Technopolis filed a counterclaim, which was partially satisfied by the court, and in September 2022, the court overturned the State Tax Service’s demands against Technopolis.

In 2020, according to the publication, there were accusations of price manipulation, when prices on the shelves were lower than those on the receipts.

In 2018, Eldorado was involved in a racist advertising scandal. During the widespread media coverage of the scandal, they were accused of using social media botsto improve their reputation.

In 2013, Eldorado was fined 103.66 million hryvnia by the State Inspectorate for Consumer Rights Protection.

According to a 2013 publication , 60% of imported household appliances are counterfeit.

According to media reports in 2011, Polishchuk was suspected of bribing judges in a case of non-payment of rent in the amount of 41 million hryvnia, due to the raider seizure of a 5,000 square meter building.

According to Forbes , Polishchuk’s companies, including Eldorado, have stopped servicing loans to state banks (Oshchadbank and Ukreximbank) since the beginning of the war, which is why they may lose their collateral – the Gulliver business center building, goods in circulation, and warehouse premices.

According to reviews , workers complain about delays and non-payment of wages, inadequate working conditions, shortages of products in warehouses, the imposition of fictitious services for sale, such as connecting equipment on site or an additional guarantee (1, 2), as well as a certain number of unpaid mandatory work hours.

Polishchuk and LLC Diesa are involved in the bankruptcy of the Mykhailivskyi bank. Due to a number of financial frauds that led to an increase in the load on the deposit guarantee fund of individuals by 1b UAH, on May 23 the NBU decided on the insolvency of the bank, the main owner of which at that time, through LLC Ekosipan, was Polishchuk (92.5%). At the same time, according to Polishchuk, he left the legal entity on May 19, but according to the NBU, he did not have consent as for the sale of the bank.

Participation in the destruction of the State Enterprise “Radio Transmitting Center”

According to media reports, Polishchuk’s Tekhenergotreyd company and the company Inter-profit associated with him participated in the illegal destruction of the state enterprise Radio Transmission Center (RPC) and the withdrawal of 96 hectares of state land in 2013, which was carried out with the participation of the son of fugitive ex-president Viktor Yanukovych.

According to media reports, Olha Nalyvaichenko, daughter of Valentyn Nalyvaichenko, head of the SSU from 2014 to 2015, has been working in the legal department of Polishchuk’s Tekhenergotrade since 2014. During this period, the SSU closed a criminal case on the withdrawal of 94.67 hectares of state land of the Radio Transmitting Center in Brovary. After Nalyvaichenko’s dismissal, the case was reopened and the lands were seized. In 2017, the court returned 95 hectares of ROC land to the Brovary community, alienating them from their new owners.

As of 2013, the ROC equipment and towers were destroyed. The ROC had a defensive significance for Ukraine, since a RO-87 Borey radio transmitter was installed on the territory.

The RV-87 Borey radio transmitter is the only long-wave transmitter in Ukraine (which is why the Russian Orthodox Church had a mobilization task), with a coverage radius from Finland to Turkey.

According to the former deputy from the BPP Pavlo Rizanenko, Polishchuk actually committed a crime by destroying the country’s defense capability, because in 2014 the invasion of Ukraine began and with the help of “Borey” it was possible to broadcast to the territories that were occupied, the demolition of the tower made this impossible.

What’s wrong with Viktor Polishchuk

Viktor Polishchuk is a major businessman from the Yanukovych era, has many connections with the fugitive president and his sons. He owns scandalous objects that have become subjects of many court cases, and property worth a very substantial amount of money.

Viktor Polishchuk was born in the Kirovograd region. According to the media, he graduated from the Kyiv Technological Institute of Food Industry named after Anastas Mikoyan (now the National University of Food Technologies) with a degree in thermal power engineering. His second higher education at the same institution was in economics. In the 1990s, he worked as an engineer at the NDP Energotekhnolohiya.

In 2001, Polishchuk founded Tekhenergotreyd, which specialized in selling household appliances. Later, together with his wife Liliya Rezva, he built the cottage town of Yavir near Kyiv. In 2004, Tekhenergotreyd acquired 70% of the shares of the household appliance retail chain Technopolis. In 2005, he completely bought out Technopolis.

According to media reports, during Yanukovych’s presidency, Polishchuk was the unofficial leader (“overseer”) of the Kyiv region.

Together with his wife Liliya Rezva, he acquired part of the territory of the historical Khotovske settlement from Scythian times, which had previously been removed from the list of archaeological monuments.

In 2013, he acquired Eldorado from the son-in-law of the former Ukrainian President Viktor Pinchuk, which was merged with Technopolis. That same year, he opened the Gulliver shopping and office center in the center of Kyiv, which is supervised by his wife. The Gulliver shopping and office center was bought from Serhiy Kurchenko, Rauf Valiev, and Serhiy Vesyelov.

According to media reports, the Gulliver shopping center belongs to offshore companies, one of which is owned by Ruslan Tsyplakov, Yanukovych Jr.’s racing partner; and 40% belongs to other companies, owned by Viktor Ihnatenko, Liliya Rezva’s brother.

In 2016, Polischuk denied owning the Gulliver shopping center and said that his wife simply worked there. According to media reports, the actual owner of the shopping center was the Yanukovych family, since, according to Pavlo Rizanenko, businessmen who wanted to rent an office in Gulliver had to talk about it with Anton Klymenko, the brother of Oleksandr Klymenko, the Minister of Revenue and Duties of the Yanukovych government. In 2017, the management of the Gulliver shopping center denied any connection with Polischuk, saying that the only owner of the Gulliver shopping center was Tri O LLC.

According to media reports , in 2014, Polischuk bought the Kyiv weapons manufacturing enterprise Leninska Kuznitsa from then-President Petro Poroshenko.

In 2014, Polischuk owned the Mykhailivskyi bank, according to media reports, the investment company Investment Capital Ukraine, which was owned by partners of the banker Valeriya Hontareva, who is associated with Poroshenko, was looking for targets for the bank to take over. According to media reports, Polischuk himself bought the bank from Ruslan Tsyplakov, who is associated with Viktor Yanukovych Jr.

In 2015, Polischuk bought out the All-Ukrainian Development Bank, which previously belonged to Oleksandr Yanukovych and Oleksandr Stetsyuk.

Polishchuk also owns 3 logistics complexes in the Kyiv and Odesa regions with a total area of 260,000 square meters. He is also the owner of legal entities of the Eldorado group, namely: Tekhenergotreyd, Technopolis-trade LLC, Technostroy-1 LLC. He is also the owner of legal entities Trans-logistics LLC, Eurobeton LLC, Brovary Construction LLC, ZNIIKIF Adviser JSC, and the liquidated Mikhailivskyi Bank PJSC. He is probably the director of the legal entities SBD and OK ST Yavor, and the former director of the HOA Kyslorodmash and the liquidated OKZhK Velesove Gorodyshche.

Liliya Rezva

Rezva Liliya (13.05.1978, INN: 2862219144) is Polishchuk’s wife and also the niece of Svetlana Medvedeva, the wife of the former President of Russia. According to the investigation of Pavlo Rizanenko, who has been studying Polischuk’s activities since 2011, rumors about family ties with the Medvedev family were provoked by Polischuk himself. He spoke about this openly until 2014, but since 2014, “for some reason,” he began to avoid a direct answer, saying that “someone is always related to someone.”

According to Polischuk, during the preparation for the launch in 2013, Liliya Rezva managed the Gulliver business center and was also involved in its design. She is also a co-owner of Technostroy-1 LLC and ZNIIKIF Adviser JSC.

Liliya Rezva and Viktor Polischuk have a son, Dmytro (born in 2007).

Assets of the Polischuk-Rezva family

On March 17, 2022, at the Mohylivv-Podilskyi – Otach checkpoint, SBI officers detained 2 Rolls-Royce cars (2019 Phantom – AA0001PP and 2021 Cullinan – AA0001NS) with, probably, forged documents, actually in the use of Polischuk.

The cars are registered to KARPE RENTALS LLC, which also owns an additional 49 cars and offers rental services.

Another Rolls-Royce, detained on the same day, is registered to a Russian citizen, the three-year-old daughter of crime boss Andrian Rodin (nicknamed “Half-Beast”), who was detained in February 2019 and extradited to Russia.

According to an insider, Polischuk owned a 2011 Porsche Panamera ($35,000) and a 2013 Ferrari F12 Berlinetta ($220,000).

Eldorado Company is closely connected with the aggressor

The Eldorado company has connections with the Russian Federation. This is manifested in the purchase of Russian goods through related legal entities for sale in Ukraine, the purchase of goods from other countries through Russia and other similar schemes of interaction with companies of the aggressor country. And this is happening during a full-scale invasion of Russian troops into Ukraine.

The pro-Russian orientation is also evident in the relationship between Viktor Polischuk and his wife Liliya Rezva: the names Medvedchuk, Yanukovych, Medvedev and Putin are not at all foreign to these two. Further, in legal ties: a number of individuals who are co-owners of Polischuk’s legal entities are connected to the Russian Federation.

Similar trademarks used by Eldorado Group companies in Russia and Ukraine also indicate connections to Russia. In any case, such behavior should be regarded as theft of intellectual property, which is a reason for lawsuits and subsequent fines-compensations. However, in the case of Eldorado, the situation is different: the companies simply use similar trademarks and abbreviations, but do not demand compensation from each other for the violation of intellectual property.

Another argument is the destruction by Polishchuk of an object that had strategic importance for Ukraine’s defense capability. This is not counting the purchase of the historical Ukrainian lands of the Khotovsky settlement of Scythian times, previously removed from the list of archaeological monuments. The “soft defeat” of the defencee complex is accompanied by a “soft occupation” of historical Ukrainian lands.

At this point, only one question should remain: why does the ELDORADO company continue to operate on the Ukrainian market?
