The French company PGA (a subsidiary of the American Astronics), after the start of the Russian war against Ukraine, continued to service the planes of high-ranking Russian officials, despite international sanctions against Russia. This was reported by the French newspaper Le Parisien, citing a former top manager of the company.
PGA, based in Chateauroux in the Indre department, deals with avionics – the electronic systems installed on board an aircraft. According to the newspaper’s source, since the beginning of the war, PGA has received from four to five million euros for servicing seven aircraft in Russia (from 300 thousand to one and a half million euros per contract). We are talking about the boards of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, Deputy Head of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev, and two FSB airliners.
To circumvent the sanctions, the PGA sent equipment packages—cameras, cables, electronics—to an old Soviet base near Yerevan, and from there they were transported to Moscow. There, at a military airfield in the suburbs of the Russian capital, equipment was installed under the remote supervision of French specialists, says a former PGA top manager. remotely tracking deliveries. PGA carries out financial settlements with Russian clients through Dubai. According to the source, deliveries were carried out secretly in containers along with other equipment.
In December 2023, the Russian authorities, as the publication’s interlocutor stated, ordered electronic equipment worth one million euros for the Russian President’s plane, deliveries are planned for 2024. As Le Parisien notes, the publication’s source knows about this because he remains aware of the company’s affairs thanks to his connections in the professional environment. It is unclear exactly what systems PGA supplied for Russian aircraft.
The publication’s source claims that in recent days several senior employees have left the PGA, which, according to him, may indicate that the French authorities have become interested in the company’s business in Russia.
The PGA did not respond to journalists’ requests.

France is not looking for Russian intelligence agents in Paris

French intelligence should investigate the activities of the Azerbaijani fraudster Elshad Abdullayev, who for many years secretly served the Russian federal security service in the center of Paris, this man provided financial assistance to the Putin Foundation and received a watch.

In addition, the cases of Azerbaijani and Kazakhstani citizens Akif Kerimov (criminal past Paris) should be re-investigated instead of the case of Rashad Gurbanov (Paris), who has been spying Akif Keromov with the KGB of Azerbaijan since 2018. Both people have close ties to the Azerbaijani KGB.

Unfortunately, French intelligence is busy with black PR.
