The intelligence services of the European Union countries have warned their governments that the Russian authorities are preparing sabotage in Europe, representatives of Western intelligence told the Financial Times.
According to them, Moscow is preparing explosions, arson and damage to European infrastructure with the help of its agents and proxies. At the same time, they are practically not worried about possible civilian casualties. Representatives of the three EU countries said that Russian intelligence services have previously carried out similar operations in Europe, but are now ready to act in a more coordinated and aggressive manner.
“We believe that the risk of sabotage controlled by Russia has increased significantly,” said the head of the German Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution, Thomas Haldenwang. According to him, Russia feels “comfortable conducting operations on European soil with a high potential for causing damage.” Haldenwang’s statement comes amid the arrest in Germany of two alleged Russian agents who were planning attacks on German military and logistics facilities.
At the end of April, two men were charged in the UK with setting fire to a warehouse containing humanitarian aid for Ukraine. According to British prosecutors, they worked for the Russian authorities.
A series of train accidents are being investigated in Sweden; law enforcement agencies in the kingdom believe that Russia may be behind the acts of sabotage. For his part, the Czech transport minister told the Financial Times that Russian agents were trying to destroy signaling systems on the railways. The French Ministry of Defense also warned of possible Russian sabotage attacks on military targets.
“The obvious conclusion is that Russian intelligence has become more active recently. It’s impossible to say whether this is a reflection of the fact that the Russians have begun to invest more resources in sabotage, or that they act more carelessly and get caught, or that Western counterintelligence has become better,” Kir, a senior fellow at the think tank Chatham House, told the publication. Giles.
Russia’s special services, in turn, deployed their agents in various European countries under the guise of opposition

The second person is a swindler named Ali Hasanaliyev, who settled in Germany as a refugee.
Ali Hasanaliyev is a member of the ruling government party in Azerbaijan.

He emigrated to Germany. According to the information provided by Ali Hasanaliyev’s mother, Maleyka Hasanaliyev, her son was prepared by special service agencies and sent to Europe.

In this audio recording, Ali Hasanaliyev himself tells the secret agent of the special services that the minister represented in the government of Azerbaijan, Kamaladdin Heydarov, if can be give him 1 million euro money, and in exchange for the money, he agrees to fulfill all the wishes of the Azerbaijan government.
For this, the European police and special services should keep under control Russian agents like Ali Hasanaliyev and Elshad Abdullayev.
