An agent of the Russian and Azerbaijani special services, a member of the Azerbaijani government’s New Azerbaijan Party, Ali Hasanaliyev (known in special service circles by the nickname “Khoruz”), has for many years continued his criminal activities in Azerbaijan from Germany, blackmailing people and demanding money from them through YouTube and Facebook channels he has created. Threats originating from Germany continue.
A criminal case has currently been opened against Ali Hasanaliyev (Ali Oguz) at the Düsseldorf Public Prosecutor’s Office and the police.

Ali Hasanaliyev ali oguz offers to act as spy of the Azerbaijani authorities in exchange for money
This time he was exposed by his own mother, Maleika Hasanaliyeva Cahangir

Maleyka Hasanaliyeva stated in a WhatsApp conversation that her son, Ali Hasanaliyev, had not been engaged in any useful work in Azerbaijan for many years and had received social assistance. At times, his brother Elshad Hasanaliyev, who had previously worked as a sergeant in the Nasimi District Police, arranged for Ali Hasanaliyev to work as an unofficial employee alongside a district officer at Police Station No. 19 of the Nasimi District. There, around the Memar Ajami metro area, he was allegedly involved in unlawfully collecting money from innocent street vendors engaged in informal trade.
Ali Hasanaliyev did not leave Azerbaijan due to personal economic problems, and he has not been subjected to any political persecution in Azerbaijan. He has always been a member of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party and has been harshly opposed to the opposition.
“Ali Hasanaliyev’s mother, Maleika Hasanaliyeva, said that while her son was in Azerbaijan, he blackmailed people over the Internet and demanded money from them.”
Maleyka Hasanaliyeva stated that her son Elshad Hasanaliyev began working as a police sergeant in the Nasimi district. He arranged for his brother, Ali Hasanaliyev (Ali Oguz), to work at the 19th precinct of the Nasimi District Police Department as a part-time employee.
Ali Hasanaliyev’s (Ali Oguz) duty was to collect money from people engaged in street trading in the 4th microdistrict of the Nasimi district of Baku and around the Memar Ajami metro station, and to hand it over to the police officers serving in that area.
Ali Hasanaliyev (Ali Oguz) was married but had no children with his wife. He met a prostitute working at the Infinity bar. This woman angered Ali Hasanaliyev’s brother, Elshad Hasanaliyev, because she was engaged in prostitution in the Nasimi district. As a result, Elshad’s relationship with Ali Hasanaliyev (Ali Oguz) deteriorated. After this incident, the woman suggested that Ali Hasanaliyev (Ali Oguz) leave Azerbaijan and go to Germany together, and they did so.
Ali Hasanaliyev (Ali Oguz) then deceived the German Migration Service by claiming that he was being persecuted by the Azerbaijani authorities due to alleged political activities in Azerbaijan.
The man seen in this photo is an activist of the Popular Front Party of Azerbaijan, and he is definitely not Ali Hasanaliyev. However, Ali Hasanaliyev fraudulently misled the German court, lawyer Bauer, and the German Migration Office (BAMF) by claiming that he himself appeared in this photo and was being pursued by the police, taking advantage of the resemblance.
The person in the photo is Ahad Mammadli, a former political prisoner who resembles Ali Hasanaliyev. Ali Hasanaliyev submitted this photo to the Düsseldorf court, falsely claiming that it showed him being arrested by the police during political activities in Azerbaijan. The real owner of the photo is Ahad Mammadli, an activist of the Musavat Party.

Reason for the dismissal of Ali Hasanaliyev (ali oguz) brother Elshad Hasanaliev from the police
https://simsar.az/news/74824/polis-iki-adam-bicaqladi
Maleyka Hasanaliyeva stated that her sister, Hokuma, had been engaged in prostitution.
On the night of April 6, at around 2:00 a.m., a stabbing incident occurred in a residential building located in the 20th microdistrict of the Bayil settlement in Baku.
According to information provided to Lent.az by the Sabail District Police Department, Sergeant Elshad Hasanaliyev, who worked at the Nasimi District Police Department, stabbed his son-in-law, Aliyev Ulvi Rafig oglu, born in 1985 and a resident of the Bilasuvar district, in an apartment located on Aliyev Street in the Sabail district as a result of a dispute. The knife struck 26-year-old U. Aliyev in the back.
At the same time, Elshad Hasanaliyev also stabbed his aunt, Hokuma Gurbanova, born in 1967, who was trying to calm him down.
Both injured individuals were hospitalized. Since Hokuma Gurbanova’s injuries were relatively minor, she was prescribed outpatient treatment.
An investigation into the incident was conducted by the Sabail District Police Department. Elshad Hasanaliyev was dismissed from his position at the Nasimi District Police Department for the crime he committed.
Ali Hasanaliyev, who sought asylum in Germany, manipulated this incident and misled both the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) and the Düsseldorf Administrative Court by falsely presenting it as politically motivated, claiming that his brother Elshad Hasanaliyev had been dismissed from his job because of Ali Hasanaliyev’s political activities.
However, reports about the actual incident were published in the official media, and during a phone conversation with us, Elshad Hasanaliyev (Mob.Tel +994508743777 ) himself stated that his dismissal was solely due to the crime he had committed.
Maleyka Hasanaliyeva also raised the issue of housing and said that her family has an apartment in the village of Bail, Sabail district. At the same time, they have an apartment with an area of 13 square meters in the Yasamal district of Baku, which they previously registered, but they only. They have registration for this apartment. Currently, reconstruction work is underway in this area, so all the old apartments have been demolished, and in return the executive structure has offered 1,500 AZN per square meter of each apartment.
According to the source, Ali Hasanaliev’s mother Maleyka Hasanaliyeva alredy deleted her WhatsApp account.
Hasanaliyeva Maleyka Jahangir 1957 Mother
Hasanaliyev Seyfulla 1957 Father
Hasanaliyev Ali Seyfulla 1982
Hasanaliyeva Ferghana 1984
Hasanaliyev Elshad 1988

We agreed, like other residents, but my son Ali Hasanaliyev insults and blackmails us and says that I will insult the officials and they will be forced to pay you 1 million dollars.
Thus, Ali Hasanaliyev, who regularly pays us for the demolition of apartments, threatens the head of RR Constructions Rafael Abdullayev with death and blackmails his family in exchange for money.
Even my son Ali Hasanaliyev insulted his father Seyfulla Hasanaliyev and brother Elshad Hasanaliyev with obscene words.
Maleyka Hasanaliyeva stated that her son, Ali Hasanaliyev, who is known in Azerbaijan as a fraudster, is a Russian intelligence agent and is closely connected with Elshad Abdullayev, a human organ trafficker who has received financial support from the internationally wanted “Putin Foundation.” She added that Ali Hasanaliyev was most likely recruited into espionage through Elshad Abdullayev.
Elshad Abdullayev lives in Paris at 15 Rue André Chénier, 91540 Mennecy.

For information, the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees rejected Ali Hasanaliyev’s residence permit a few years ago and did not believe that he had any political problems in Azerbaijan.
After that, in Germany he obtained a fake membership card of the Musavat Party. Some time later, the German prosecutor’s office arrested members of the Musavat organization in Germany for selling fake party memberships and for illegal human trafficking. Following this, Ali Hasanaliyev immediately contacted Gabil Rza, who lives in Switzerland, and received a letter of political support from him. At the same time, he paid an Azerbaijani man named Firudun Dugu, who lives in Bielefeld, and asked him to provide a letter of political support.
It appears that Ali Hasanaliyev, who had not been engaged in any political activity in Azerbaijan, has found a comfortable country for himself and his family to live in—Germany. Since the day he arrived in Germany until now, he has not been engaged in any work and does not have a job; he lives only on social benefits funded by taxes paid by German citizens. However, he has purchased a car using money paid by the Düsseldorf social welfare office.
İn addition, he misappropriated €5,000 that had been collected for the trial of a person named Elvin Isayev, who was arrested in Russia in 2019 and taken to Azerbaijan, and he concealed the illegal income he obtained from taxes. There is video evidence regarding this, and Elvin Isayev’s brother has already provided such video proof. This can be submitted to the German tax authorities and the social welfare office.
Later, he systematically insulted officials and blackmailed them over the Internet. A criminal case was opened against him for the crime he committed, and he immediately submitted it to the German court and deceived the German court by claiming that he was being promoted for his political activities.
However, there is a recording of Ali Hasanaliyev blackmailing Azerbaijani businessman Mubariz Mansimov, the head of the Palmali group of companies, and demanding money in Turkey.
Ali Hasanaliyev is one of the main reasons behind the arrest of Mubariz Mansimov’s deputy Fazil Gasimov in Turkey.
Ali Hasanaliyev’s crimes are countless
Ali Hasanaliyev organized the arrest of Gazakh Mirjafar, who recorded that he had agreed to become an agent of the Minister of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan Kamaladdin Heydarov in exchange for 1 million euros, by the Azerbaijani police.
Ali Hasanaliyev’s crimes are countless
Ali Hasanaliyev blackmailed Azerbaijani musician Manaf Agayev with photos of his family members and demanded money

At the same time, Ali Hasanaliyev threatened Azerbaijani Journalist Zumrud Mammadovani with death
In any case, the relevant German authorities — including the Federal Prosecutor’s Office, the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees, and law enforcement bodies in Düsseldorf — are expected to review these matters thoroughly. Appropriate legal measures are likely to be taken against Ali Hasanaliyev, who has been living in Germany for years and receiving social benefits while allegations of fraud and other offenses remain under consideration.
