Fraudster Ali Hasanaliev, who has been blackmailing people for many years and demanding money from them through threats from Germany, continues to be exposed.

Ali Hasanaliyev, a criminal wanted by Interpol for blackmailing people in Azerbaijan, escaped and came to Germany with his family. The German migration agency BAMF did not give him permission to become a political refugee and refused. But Ali Hasanaliyev, who gives money to Azerbaijani political brokers in Europe, was able to deceive the German court by buying false political documents that he was allegedly wanted for political activities in Azerbaijan.

During the investigation, it turned out that Ali Hasanaliyev, who does not work anywhere in Germany and is engaged in criminal activities, threatens to blackmail innocent people on his YouTube channel and demands money from them.

Some time ago Ali Hasanaliyev openly threatened and insulted the family of the Azerbaijani singer Manaf Agayev on his YouTube channel and demanded a huge amount of money from Manaf Agayev.

Recently, Ali Hasanaliyev demanded 1 million euros from the Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov, threatening to spread blackmail disinformation about himself and the sister of the Minister of Emergency Situations in Azerbaijan.
At the same time, Ali Hasanaliyev in his speech says that if the Minister of Foreign Affairs gives him 1 million euros, he will close his channel and go over to the side of the Azerbaijani minister and is ready to accept him as his boss.

The next victim of Ali Hasanaliyev was Turkish businessman Mubariz Mansimov president of the Palmali Company

Ali Hasanaliyev blackmailed Turkish busnesman President of Palmali Holding Mr.Mubariz Mansimov and demanded 1 million euros from him.
The facts are obvious, but let’s see how the German Prosecutor General’s Office and BAMF react to this. In any case, the presence in Germany of the fraudster Ali Hasanaliyev, dangerous for German society, will force the BAMF and German law enforcement agencies to think deeply.

In addition, Ali Hasanaliev openly threatened with death the famous journalist Zumrud Mamedova from Germany. Ali Hasanaliyev sent a recording of Zumrud Mamedova’s voice on WhatsApp and threatened to kill her in Azerbaijan. Then the question arises whether Ali Hasanaliev is in custody. is being persecuted by the political circles of Azerbaijan, if so, through what connections is he threatening the old journalist with death.

The victim, Zumrud Mamedova, contacted the German Prosecutor General’s Office and filed an official complaint against Ali Hasanaliyev.

Political émigré Elchin Abdullayev, who has been living in Germany for many years, has filed a complaint with the Düsseldorf court against a man named Ali Hasanaliyev, who resides in Schermbeck.

According to Abdullayev, Ali Hasanaliyev—who presents himself as a political refugee but whose activities have raised serious doubts, and who is allegedly an active member of the ruling party in Azerbaijan—threatened him via social media, particularly on Facebook, and spread defamatory and blackmail-related information about him.

It is further claimed that Elcin Hasanaliyev, who reportedly had no political activity in Azerbaijan and allegedly misled German authorities, contacted Abdullayev after receiving a rejection from the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) regarding his residence permit application. He reportedly asked Abdullayev for assistance. In response, Abdullayev stated that Hasanaliyev had never been politically persecuted and, on the contrary, had ties to the ruling party, advising him not to mislead German authorities and to return to Azerbaijan.

Following this exchange, Hasanaliyev allegedly posted on Facebook claiming that Abdullayev had demanded money from him.

According to the information, Ali Hasanaliyev also collected secret audio recordings of various individuals in Germany and used them as tools for blackmail. He allegedly demanded €10,000 in exchange for removing defamatory materials he had published about Elcin Abdullayev.

Abdullayev subsequently filed a complaint with the Düsseldorf court. Based on available information, criminal proceedings were initiated against Hasanaliyev on charges of defamation and blackmail. The court found him guilty and imposed a sentence.

According to the decision of the Düsseldorf–Schermbeck court, Ali Hasanaliyev, son of Seyfulla, was sentenced to one year of forced labor and fined €1,500.

In addition, he signed a legal undertaking not to mention Elchin Abdullayev’s name in the future. If he violates this condition, he will face a fine of €200,000.

It is noted that this is not the first allegation of this kind against Hasanaliyev. He is reportedly suspected of committing multiple offenses after obtaining residence status in Germany through fraudulent means.

Further investigative material regarding the alleged criminal connections of Ali Hasanaliyev’s family is expected to be published in the coming days.
