More than 100 civilians were victims of a chemical attack, which was arranged by the army of the Syrian leader Bashar Assad. This is reported by the Turkish agency Anadolu, referring to the Ministry of Health in the interim government of Syria.

According to the department, Asad forces used chemical weapons in the settlement of Khan Sheikhun in the province of Idlib. Another 500 people were injured, mostly children. It is also specified that during the rescue operations after the attack, the Civil Defense Directorate and the hospital were attacked.

In total, according to Ankara, chemical weapons against civilians were used three times in Syria over the past 10 days. Earlier, on March 25, two people were killed in the city of Khama, another 30 were injured.
