Citizen of France, Rahim Namazov, living in France, has appealed to the public and the media.

After defrauding thousands of families in Azerbaijan, former rector, corrupt official, fraudster, and “professor” Elshad Abdullayev, who fled to France, is sharing fake articles under my name (Rahim Namazov) addressed to well-known political figure Vidadi Isgandarli on his website avropaninsesi.com, which serves his ugly personal agenda, as well as on social media.

Fraud Elshad Abdullayev is attempting to involve me in his criminal affairs by spreading internationally pirated writings, particularly targeting political refugees, and setting me against these people.

The armed terrorist attacks against my family have become an issue of concern in France and around the world.

I believe that information obtained through the dirty and criminal history of Elshad Abdullayev shows that this person is guilty of the armed attack on my family. I have already provided detailed information to the French prosecutor’s office and law enforcement authorities.

I repeat: I have never had any contact with fraud Elshad Abdullayev.
