The head of the Iraqi Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, arrived in Baku to participate in the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29).

The guest was met at the Baku airport by the Minister of Culture Adil Karimli and other officials.
